I help business owners hire perfect-fit Virtual Assistants by prioritizing their unique needs and personality so they get next-level support that fuels their growth.
I started out as a VA in 2013 with a baby on my hip and lots of experience in customer service, teaching, and a dab of management. I was certified as an OBM (Online Business Manager) in 2018. Through my work in the virtual support industry, I’ve found that building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients and your team is foundational to any truly successful business.
After a decade(-ish) of experience with a variety of clients and teams, I found searching for and vetting prospective VAs is absolutely one of my favorite parts of my job. I built myself a whole system for it! And now I want to use that system to help you find the support you really need.
