• I vet all the applicants and respond to the “No’s.”

• I hold interview/discovery calls for the top 5 applicants.

• I send you my top two choices for you to connect with and decide which one is the best fit. This process takes about 2 weeks from our 90 minute call to getting your top two candidates.

• BONUS: After you make your choice and start working together, I set up a video call with you and one with the VA to work through any initial problems and smooth over any hiccups.
